Special Friends

Special Friends is hot off the press. Special Friends is a book about Alex, (a West Highland Terrier) and his owner Karen Rich Ruth of Archbold, OH and their special friendship. Special Friends was first told as a children’s lesson on a Sunday morning in November of 2006 by Karen Rich Ruth at the Zion Mennonite Church, Archbold, OH. Karen’s primary point in telling the story was to help us understand that God will always love and care for us regardless of what we do and how we act. All proceeds from the sale of Special Friends goes to support the counseling and mediation services of Shalom Ministries. This book is dedicated in loving memory of Denver D. Stamm who died in 1999.
